Villari's Martial Arts Women's Forum Women’s Empowerment group We also will be organizing women only martial art, self defense, and empowerment seminars and events!

This is a page where women of all ages, who train in Villari's art of Shaolin Kempo Karate, can come together to encourage, inspire, and support one another. We will be sharing inspirational messages, health/ fitness tips, positive experiences (both in life and martial arts), and we ask our followers to do the same! Some will be for Villari members only, others will be open to all.
