🏋️‍♂️ Huge congrats to Paul Boland for breaking the Guinness World Record for most weight lifted by dumbbell curls in one hour—40,474 lbs, the weight of a semi-truck!

Paul achieved this incredible feat right here at Rush Fitness in Williamstown, NJ. His dedication and hard work are truly inspiring.

TRANSFORMATION THURSDAY
Gloria Rienzi ‘s BIG REVEAL 💚💪🏼💚

One year ago, my boss sent me a text with information on a girl that wanted to start training and would I please reach out to her. I called Gloria that night and we talked at great lengths about goals and life. While talking to her, I learned that Gloria had just joined RUSH Fitness but had never worked out before and had no idea what she was doing when it came to working out. She confided in me that she didn’t feel comfortable being in the gym and was intimidated by all the machines and equipment.
I set up an assessment and met Gloria that week, she was eager to get started. I assured her that I would teach and guide her through her journey and give her all the tools to build a better version of herself. When I first met her, I was so excited because I knew how much I could help her.
Gloria was shy, timid, awkward with no coordination and lacked confidence (as she would say) but that was all about to change. Frumpy was a word she used to describe herself when it came to her clothing and look. Gloria didn’t believe in herself; she didn’t think she could do most of the exercises I was asking her to do. Teaching her correct form and working on her coordination took months.
Well one year later, Gloria Rienzi deserves to SHINE!!
She not only changed her lifestyle, she kills it in the gym!!
Gloria went from:
Frumpy to FABULOUS
Timid to CONFIDENT
and she for the first time believes that she can do anything she sets her mind too. She is no longer a mouse but a BEAST💚💪🏼💚
She worked hard and it paid off. IT SHOWS!! She SHINES!!
Gloria lost 65 pounds, 30 inches and took her body fat to a healthy 17% on this journey. After her body transformation, we often talked about doing a photo shoot to show off all her hard work and with that came me giving her a new hair color and cut to go along with her new healthy amazing body.
