Turn Up With Erin presents : The Remix
A 90-minute, experience that blends cardio dance, glute burnouts, and deep core work into one seamless workout.
We start with a stretch to open up the body, then move into high-energy, beginner-friendly dance combinations. You’ll learn and run the choreography in a way that builds confidence while getting your heart rate up.
Next, we shift into step-based training focused on sculpting and strengthening the legs and glutes. This section is all about control, endurance, and feeling the work.
We finish with a dedicated core segment designed to build strength, stability, and definition from the inside out.
This class is 100% beginner-friendly and designed for all levels. Whether you’re here for the movement, the energy, or the results, Turn Up: The Remix delivers a balanced workout that also feels like “girls night”!
