Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation practice that invites deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation while maintaining a state of conscious awareness. Yoga Nidra helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, improve sleep, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and well-being. No prior meditation experience is needed. Simply relax, listen, and allow yourself to be guided. Feel free to bring a pillow, blanket, or eye mask!
