The wait is almost over! Join us today from 6–8 PM at ELM Active to pick up your packet for the Gary Brown Memorial C&O Canal 5 Mile Run.

We're excited to combine packet pickup with ELM Active's Global Running Day celebration. Come out for the group run at 5:30 PM, connect with fellow runners, celebrate the sport we love, and then grab your race packet afterward.

We're kicking things off with a bonus Wednesday run, joining forces with , for Global Running Day and Gary Brown Memorial 5 Mile packet pickup at ELM Active on June 3. Run at 5:30 PM. Packet pick-up from 6-8pm!

Although the day was rainy & cool, on a xc style course, beer mile #13 did not disappoint. The crowd support was everything! put on a great race with amazing vibes.

1st place female & 2nd overall.🏆 Came away with the female course record & course PR, too.

The work is not done... stay tuned to see what's next in this beer mile journey!
