*Again the distance is up to you depending on what area you have to work with. Ideally somewhere that would be 400m if we were at the gym. Can go longer if you’re feeling it. If you just have a short distance run back and forth for 2-3:00 minutes.

**Just grab any heavy object and walk with it. Can be a block, weight, kid, dog, suitcase, loaded bag, etc. Pick a distance that will take 1-2:00 minutes.
