This is a before/after pic of I'm reposting this article to help everyone better realize the negative effects that alcohol has on your body. For those of you who are looking to drop body fat, reducing your alcohol intake or better yet cutting it out all together will have a big impact. I made the most body composition changes when I decided to stop drinking on a weekly basis. I know you're probably like but Eric I have to for work or I like the social aspect of drinking. On average, lets say one drink is 100 calories. Add that up and you end up consuming a heck of a lot of calories on top of everything else you consumed that day. So what I tell my clients is get a drink that you can sip on for awhile so instead of having 4-5 drinks in an hour, you have 1-2. Or if you know you're going to drink that day then have a high calorie burning workout and build those drinks into your day of eating meaning you will eat less calories throughout the day to prepare for the alcohol calories later. I never say just stop drinking all together, thats your choice! But I will help you figure out how to do it while keeping on track to hit your goals.
