Cool Fit Club is training for you and your life. This means all levels are welcome. Come as you are for flowing and continuous physical movement and exercise, and stay for joy and connection. The class is a celebration of you, and we just so happen to be doing a group workout the whole time.

COOL WOLF CUB CLUB 🐺❤️🐺

This is how we remember what it feels like to be a wolf cub bounding through the forest, energized by pack-level instinct, and the deep desire to run wild and free; to howl up through the pines, honoring the mighty wolves before us.
~
With , we teach kids how to practice.
We practice to remember; to nourish and cultivate the magic already within us, and to learn how to love and express that magic [Self], all day, every day.
With and , we did it live. A *magical* weekend-long, family-wellness retreat in upstate New York on 150 acres called, The Sanctuary.
Nature walks, yoga, fire building, meditation, food craft, arts and crafts and more. Simply, sublime.
Deepest gratitude for those who showed up. We see you, and we appreciate YOU.

THE POWER OF GROUP INTENTION.

Each individual in a gathering or a group is present not only by conscious choice, but for purposes related to his or her own Path, mission and unconscious goals. However, once a group forms it generates its own mission, goal and energetic resonance, and in many cases a focused intention arising from the hearts of several or many individuals joined in a group can have a far reaching impact on reality!
~
For the most part, group gatherings are never accidental, rarely inconsequential and their importance should not be overlooked. When individual thought and energy are unified, organized and focused in a group format, a new tangible power arises from the intentions generated.
