New training cycle kicks in to gear this week!
The next 4 weeks we will be focusing on building up our legs with Forward Lunges; followed by building up our core strength and endurance with low plank holds. Finally, we will test ourselves with our performance challenge 5-10-15. 3 exercises. As many rounds as possible in 4 minutes. Breakdancers, Double Dumbbell Jacks, and Donkey Kick Knee Tucks.
