Golden Horseshoe Golf Club invites you to participate in the 2026 Jones Cup to be held on the Gold Course Sunday, the 21st of June.

Competitors vie to have their names etched into the coveted silver trophy.

The revamped Parent-Child invitational, in honor of our course architects Rees Jones & Robert Trent Jones Sr., will consist of one round of tournament golf on the Top-100 ranked Gold Course, followed by a BBQ luncheon and awards presentation. Teams will be able to choose their preferred division and format.

Golden Horseshoe Golf Club created The Shoe, our 9-hole, par-3 short course, as a place where experienced golfers can warm up, cool down, and sharpen their short game—but also as a welcoming space for first-time golfers and anyone curious about trying the sport.

Recently, a few Colonial Williamsburg Resorts team members headed out after work for their very first round of golf, and the verdict was clear: everyone had a blast.

Golf is more than a game when it brings people together for a cause that matters.

At Golden Horseshoe Golf Club, we believe in supporting the people and organizations that care for our community when it matters most. Hospice House of Williamsburg provides comfort, dignity, and compassionate care to local families, and we’re proud to stand behind that mission.

That’s why we’re partnering with Cochon on 2nd and Hospice House of Williamsburg to host the inaugural Cochon on 2nd Charity Challenge right here at Horseshoe Golf Club.
