Some bench training tonight at 320x11. Good session with a client and friend. Followed our strength training with cable press 4x10, smith incline press 4x10, vbar tricep pushdown 4x10, seated overhead rope tricep extension and finished with laying db skull crushers. After 20+ yrs of training it still amazes me how good I feel after a session. It really is the fountain of youth and a cure for so many things both physically and mentally. LFG!!!!
