Recap of the last 2 races: (sorry i suck & miss last weeks race😅)
May 21st: Circle City Raceway
Chases car was still having issues, causing him not to get a lap for qualifying which put him at the end of the line for the heat race. finally got the car running for the heat race, going from last to 2nd place putting him in the redraw, drawing 2nd for the main! On the second lap, his power steering hose blew, causing him to fall down a few spots. He was in 7th when the fuel pump stopped pumping & the car lost power.
Chris started 5th in the qualifying, making his way up to 4th. That put him at starting first in his heat race, ending it in 6th, transferring to the A main. In the main race, he started 17th, finishing 14th passing 3!
Last night at Moler Raceway Park Racing :
Chase was a little rocket & got 2nd in his qualifying. In the heat race, he started 3rd & ended in 2nd, putting him in for the redraw. He ended up drawing 4th for the A main, bouncing between 3rd & 4th place for the first 14 laps. On lap 15, his car died again putting him from 3rd to not finishing.
Chris finished last in both qualifying & heat races. in the feature, he went from 19th to 10th getting him the hard charger award for passing the most cars, plus Lynx Chassis bonus for finishing 10th!
