Willcox Flyer is happening Saturday September 4th in Willcox, Arizona!

Every dollar raised by The Willcox Flyer is donated to Small Town, Big Dreams! This organization’s big dream is that every student graduating from the rural town of Willcox can have access to advanced education. They currently have 20 students enrolled in college or trade school that are benefiting from Small Town, Big Dreams! Last year one of the very first scholars who graduated and landed their first big job, made a generous donation to Small Town, Big Dreams! The ripples go on and on…THANK YOU FLYERS!!!

Shirts available starting tomorrow (9/26) at Sabino Cycles! Open at 9am.

Shirts arrived!!! They will be available for pick-up starting at 9am tomorrow at Sabino Cycles in Tucson and will be available through Wednesday! Whatever is left will be mailed out sometime next week. Every dollar we save on shipping goes directly to Small Town, Big Dreams! We made a decision about the Willcox Flyer...

Well, we have come to a decision about the 8th Annual Willcox Flyer Bike Ride. Thank you all for your continued support and patience as we work through the details.

As you know we donate 100% of proceeds from this event to Small Town, Big Dreams. This year we had 23 of the 87 high school graduates from Willcox apply to be a scholar. Many applicants are first generation college attendees and we are proud to be a part of making their big dream possible! We awarded about $25,000 this year, most of which was collected from the Willcox Flyer.

We’ve given this a lot (possibly too much) thought and have decided the most responsible thing to do for our cyclists, volunteers, donors and friends is to hold off gathering this September. We needed to consider the gathering of hundreds of people in a small town, interacting at packet pick-up, aid stations, sag wagons and want to do our part to help protect the people that mean the most to us without sacrificing what makes this event so special.

We didn’t make this decision lightly and although we are hitting pause this year we want you to know that “WHEEL BE BACK!”

If you have already registered we have a couple of options.
1. DONATE YOUR ENTRY FEE to Small Town, Big Dreams and we will mail you a high quality Willcox a Flyer tee (design is so close!). We will also send you a discount code to use for next year.
2. Refund your Entry.

If you haven’t registered but would still like to support the cause (and snag a nice shirt!) we do have a “Spirit Rider” option.
