Some days it’s new equipment, big ideas, and exciting changes… and some days it’s two giant baskets of towels waiting to be washed, dried, folded, and put away.

Small business ownership is definitely a little bit of everything. Today’s job just happens to be laundry. 😂❤️

🇺🇸 25 years later, and we still remember.

It’s hard to believe 25 years have passed since September 11, 2001. For so many of us, it’s a day we can still remember so clearly. Where we were, who we were with, and the feeling of watching our country change forever.

Today, we remember the lives that were taken far too soon. We remember the families who have carried that loss for 25 years. We remember the first responders, firefighters, police officers, service members, and everyday people who showed incredible courage when it mattered most.

And we remember how, in the days that followed, everyone came together.
25 years may have passed, but the lives, the sacrifice, and the unity of that day will never be forgotten.

Happy Labor Day Weekend from Ignite Fitness Club! 🇺🇸

Just a little reminder about our holiday hours!
We’re STAFFED TODAY from 11 AM–4 PM if you want to stop in, get a workout in, tan, use the sauna, or come see us! 💪☀️

We won’t be staffed TOMORROW for Labor Day so our staff can enjoy the holiday with their families.

We WILL have Mat Pilates class from 6:00pm-6:45pm tomorrow!💪

As always, members still have 24/7 gym access and you can ALWAYS purchase a gym membership online on our GymMaster app (blue app with G on it) anytime of day!😊🔑

When we decided to do this, we wanted it to be more than just a promotion. We wanted to give people in our community a chance to walk through our doors, see what Ignite is all about, and get a great workout in — completely FREE.
