Happy one year work anniversary to our fitness manager Noah!!

We get feedback every week from new fitness clients how helpful, skilled, and caring Noah is during their training sessions. He designs our personal training programs and has done an excellent job organizing and maintaining our gym space.

We are really looking forward to expanding our fitness program with Noah in the coming years.

Builds Full-Body Strength and Muscle: They engage nearly every major muscle group, including traps, upper back, lats, shoulders, core, glutes, quads, hamstrings, calves, forearms, and grip muscles. The loaded walking promotes muscle hypertrophy (growth) and overall strength, especially in the postural and stabilizing muscles.
