It’s Finally Here, Pylon 2023!

I am so excited your team(s) have registered. This is a brand NEW Season, so your players will need to submit a $10 payment on the SportsThread app to renew their 2023 Pylon registration.

For players who HAVE NOT played in previous Pylon tournaments with SportsThread as a sponsor - they will need to create an account using the link already provided for you in your email. (If you need your team link, let me know.)

Team rosters need to be completed and submitted by this upcoming Thursday promptly at 9:00pm.

The following headgear is mandated to be worn by all participants at Pylon 2023 Nee Jersey as recommended by Virginia Tech's helmet standards. There will be no exceptions to this rule, as player safety is paramount.

The following helmets are the ONLY helmets which meet our safety standards:
• GameBreaker-PRO Soft Shell Headgear (Highly Preferred)
• GameBreaker Multi-Sport Soft Shell Headgear (Highly Preferred)
• Shock Doctor Showtime Pro Headgear
• Adidas Force PRO Softshell Headgear

You plus 2 Coaches will receive FREE wristbands Saturday upon arrival and check-in. You are to keep this wristband on your wrist or on a personal item, such as a bag or car keys for FREE entry. Coaches without the wristband on Sunday will pay a $20 entry fee.

If you have ANY other Coach, family member, Team Parent, Photographer, etc who is NOT on your FREE entry Coaches list, they will pay $20 for entry. The same rules apply to them…they must keep their wristband for free entry on Sunday.

There will be a virtual Coaches Meeting via Zoom this evening. I will send you the link for login sometime this afternoon.

If you or your players are having trouble registering on the SportsThread App, please give me a call and I will direct you the best way I can.

If you have any schedule request, I need you to send them asap.
