Good Fight Dojo Good Fight Jiu Jitsu martial arts for kids and adults Self Defense and Sports Fighting Join the Team Our classes start with cardio and stretching.

Good Fight Dojo culture: Our members are treated like family. A great place to make new friends, get in shape, learn self defense by learning the martial art of jiu jitsu. You'll then learn a jiu jitsu lesson followed by lesson practice time. At the end of class, students fight using the jiu jitsu skills they have learned.

At Good Fight, PURPLE BELT can be defined by levels of FLOW, MOMENTUM and COMBINATIONS.

FLOW = certain amount of easiness in the fight, not relying entirely on speed and power to get into or out of positions.

MOMENTUM = developed awareness for creating and using movement.

COMBINATIONS = focusing on refining the “basics” and working them together.
