Alright West Texas, looking for someone who does media blasting. Need to get a VW beetle pan blasted. It’s approximately 4’x9’. I have wire wheeled most of it but there’s some spots that are almost impossible to get to. Drop some recommendations please.

Did some chopping and got the King Kong adjuster installed. Just need to box in the bottom end.

It’s been a bit since the last update. Progress is still happening. The pans are finished and all the rust repair has been done. Cleaned up and rebuilt the pedal assembly and painted the shifter assembly and new master cylinder. Bigger stuff is happening now. I just got back from California to drop off the rear trailing arms and front beam with 11 Brothers Motorsports so he can work his magic. More updates to come!

Well… unfortunately the red car won’t be our class 11 due to some pan issues that arose during the build. So now we are starting over with the other wrecked beetle. Thanks to family members we were able to get the body pulled off quickly and cut out the floor pans to find minimal rust that will need to be repaired. Here’s to round 2! 🍻
