To all the mom’s looking for some extra support for their pregnancy and postpartum journey, this Friday @ Rooted Chiropractic there’s a free workshop hosted by two amazing local Dr.’s, Dr. Michaela Goering and Dr. Naomi Gregory. They have so much knowledge to offer and are here to help you prepare and recover.

Did you catch our dance team in the parade? We are so proud of these girls! They were up bright and early to practice. Thank you to the parents for getting your girls there and a huge thank you to Devon for the glitter and Chelsea for keeping our girls fed. Last but not least, our dance team wouldn’t be possible without the talent and time from Jessica, I (McKinzie) can tumble but she makes dance look effortless.
