After a severe car accident in 1998 left her in chronic pain and on high doses on pain medication for almost 10 years, she discovered Pilates and it has truly transformed her life, she is now pain free and 100 pounds lighter! In 2009, she embarked on her new journey to become a Pilates instructor with the ultimate goal of opening her own studio. And now with several years of Pilates teaching experience under her belt, and additional training as a licensed GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® Instructor, Pilates Sports Center Master Trainer and Burn at the BARRE Master Trainer, her dream of studio ownership is a reality!
