The Wichita Selection family is proud and excited to officially welcome Alex Morgan as our new Head Coach, and with him, a bold new era for our club begins.
Coach Morgan steps into this role bringing a powerful combination of leadership, vision, and a relentless passion for the game. His commitment to excellence, player development, and building a winning culture perfectly reflects what the Wichita Selection stands for and representing our city with pride every time we step onto the field.
Under his leadership, fans can expect a brand of indoor soccer that’s fast-paced, fearless, and fueled by passion. A team that plays for each other, for the crest on their chest, and for the city of Wichita. His focus on discipline, unity, and relentless work ethic sets a new standard, one that will be felt in every training session and every game night.
Coach Morgan also had this to say about this oppurtunity for him
“I am excited and thankful for the opportunity. The older I get the more I just want to help others that share my passion for the game. I’m excited to get to work this group of guys, we have a very good team. I have high expectations for this team going forward.”
Also Long time Wichita Selection Coach Javier Currently stepped down as head coach at the end of last season with the birth of their Son, Javier is still very much involved in game day operations and with the organization. We wish Javier and his family the absolute best! And will forever have a place with the Selection family!
Coach Morgan will now be the the Head Coach of the ICT Aztecs in the MASLW and now Wichita Selection in the MASL3!
