We’re excited to introduce Quick 🎾 Tips from the Lite Tennis Academy! These tips are meant for kids and beginners (or even a reminder for those of us who haven’t played in awhile).

If you have the right ready position, it’s a lot easier to play tennis! Similar to a basketball guard; keep your hands out in front and be on your toes.
