We are proud to reintroduce Fundamental Fitness; our Strategic Personal Trainer and Fitness Partner!

Looking for some specialized fitness or strength training? Make a connection with our Personal Trainer, Renaire Palmer. Renaire is a Master Trainer and the owner of Fundamental Fitness at 1520 E. Douglas, Suite 120, Wichita, Kansas 67214. Renaire’s kids train with our program, so he is often at practice. Ask us for an introduction!

Track athletes can benefit from unilateral strength training for improving acceleration and explosiveness. Customized training plans can be developed for individual athletes, and group training options are also available! Contact Renaire and his staff at (316) 393-2196 to learn how you can augment your child’s (or your) training with Shocker Track Club!

September Outdoor Fitness Program –
When – September 2o24 – select dates from 615p to 730p.
Where – Outdoors at Wichita State University’s Cessna Stadium
What – Eight (8) one-hour Track-centric Fitness workouts on select evenings.
Who – Youth (minimum age of 9) and Adults can participate.
Cost – $35
Program Information – Coming Soon!

Indoor Youth Program –
When – October 2024 through February 2025 – three (3) to five (5) practices per week.
Where – Wichita State University’s Heskett Center (and other select locations)
What – Training is available for every event in Track and Field
Who – Youth (minimum age of 9)* through 18 and current high school seniors.
Cost – Approximate $140 Joiner Fee plus additional monthly fees.
Program Information – Coming Soon!
* Athletes that are age nine (9) – or that will be before December 31, 2024 – must participate in the “September Outdoor Fitness Program” described above in order to be eligible for the Indoor Youth Program.

Adult Open (ages 19-29) and Adult Masters (ages 30+) Teams Indoor Program –
