Here it is Wichita! The second part of our Self-Defense series! Learn hand gun defense and how to disarm an armed attacker!
This is a hands on training session that will give you a new perspective on self-defense. 💪

At Empower Martial Arts you'll learn gun defense in person from instructors with over 25 years experience in Krav Maga training. DO NOT learn gun defense from YouTube or some other form of video!

You may never need this training, but like insurance, you get it with the hopes you never have to use it.

Wichita's leader in self-defense, Empower Martial Arts, is holding the Krav Maga Fit Challenge starting Feb 10, 2024. Krav Maga is an Israeli self-defense system that the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) train in. The Fit Challenge is 9 weeks of fun, energetic classes with a cash prizes at the end of the 9 weeks for the most body fat % lost!

The results are in! The 2021 Empower Get Fit Challenge ended today and here are the big losers!
In Third place winning $260 with a 3.4% bodyfat loss was JACOB LUNA!
In Second place winning $390 with a 4% bodyfat loss was SAL INTAGLIATA!
And the 2021 Get Fit Champion winning $650 with a whopping 5.2% bodyfat loss in 8 weeks was.......drumrolllllll.....ISABELLA INTAGLIATA!!!
Not sure what they eat at the Intagliata house but CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!
