We’re thrilled to invite you to the return of an extermely exciting event as a part of the Kansas Disc Golf Association.

The Woods Park Open is (2) round event at gorgeous Woods Park in Wellington, KS. Unlike sanctioned events, this event allows players to bring their own golf carts, or ride with someone in theirs, enjoy your favorite beverage, listen to music, and just have a good time!!! We do ask you to be respectful of others competing in the tournament. This event is a throw back to disc golf fun first!!! It it sure to offer our players a fun day of competition and camaraderie!

Duck’s will be on site to vend, conduct payout and offer two incredible CTPs. It’s the perfect chance to enjoy the great outdoors, connect with fellow disc golf lovers, and maybe even snag a few prizes!

Players that register for this event will receive a day of discount coupon as well!!

Join us for a weekend filled with excitement, friendly competition, and community spirit as we celebrate everything we love about disc golf. Mark your calendars, gather your friends, and come see what all the buzz is about! We can't wait to see you there!

The Top (2) MPO players will qualify for "USDGC"
The Top FPO player will qualify for "Throw Pink"

Friday the 28th

Friday is going to be incredible with Duck's Flying Discs!

First, Players can join us for the PDGA League happening throughout the day, where you can compete with fellow players.

After the competition, The Wichita Wind Surge is hosting a very special event. Every player is welcome to join us for a fun night of baseball and fireworks! Each participant will receive a complimentary ticket to the game, AND you’ll also have the opportunity to purchase discounted tickets for your guests.

During the evening, players will have the need to check-in for the event, and pick up the players pack items. We hope you enjoy the evening and the spectacular fireworks show to cap off an unforgettable day!

Saturday the 29th

Saturday will be a tremendously fun and competitive day that starts with two rounds of championship golf!

After the rounds, every player will be given some time to clean up, and rejoin with us at Clapp for a fun filled evening. Players will be treated to a complimentary Pulled Pork sandwich from Station 8 BBQ to recharge, with beers, soft drinks, and other options available for purchase (While supplies last). Family and Friends may also enjoy BBQ with a small donation to the event. (NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS WILL BE ALLOWED)

Flatlanders Brewing is our beer sponsor for the year. They will supplying us with their craft beer for the entire weekend, and we cannot wait for you to try their fantastic libations.

Throughout the evening we will all be enjoying the sounds of DJ Panda who will be spinning the tunes to ensure a lively atmosphere as we celebrate together.

Every player that is interested will be given the opportunity to setup their own booth space FOR FREE!!! This is another thank you to our players for participating in the 2026 Keeper.

Sunday the 30th

Finally, we reach the climax of the event on Championship Sunday at Duck's Flying Discs!

This special event promises to bring excitement and entertainment as we showcase our talented players on the MPO cards. To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, we will be starting with a shotgun round for all pools except the A pool.

For those competing in the A pool, we will be implementing tee times. This allows other players to plan their day accordingly and be able to spectate. We hope that this offers you the opportunity to come out and support your favorite professional players.

This format allows all participants to engage with one another and truly enjoy the spirit of the competition, making for an unforgettable day filled with amazing disc golf moments.

2026 Circuit Challenge

The Challenge this year has a tremendous player’s pack and melon, they’re not to be missed!

Player packs feature 3 exclusive discs, MVP's “Circuit Tree” custom stamp, and the long-awaited the debut of MVP’s Cypher!

The Watermelon disc for this year isn’t to be missed either, it is the Watermelon Tempo!

The Central Park Open is next Sunday!!!

Next Sunday, we will be out in Andover for the
2026 Central Park Open

This year the city of andover has once again sponsored this event and is offering an incredible performance shirt from adidas to the first 50 amateurs!!! Various Colors and sizes available while supplies last.

We will also be playing 36 holes of golf and enjoying this gorgeous day in the Park.
