Cross training with other gyms is a great way to test your skills and even learn some new ones. We offer a $20 drop-in fee if you want to come work with us from another gym, or we offer free trial classes if you're looking for a gym to call home ✨️

These three men got the job done 😤

Jesus and Andrew have been with us going on 3 years.

Ethan started with us long before the change in coaches and was once our coaching team's side-by-side teammate. After accepting this bout he had to spend much of his training time at another gym, but we were in his corner this weekend and he made us proud ❤️

If you want to experience a new kind of challenge, find a new type of discipline within yourself, and build relationships that will stand the rest of time, you've got a place in the NexGen fight team at Genesis.

The new gym schedule for morning striking starts this week, and please welcome coach Joe Wilk as he joins us on Monday nights from 6pm-8pm going over grappling for MMA. Coach Trai will also be stepping in to work with the kids on Mondays at 5:15pm temporarily until the Spring. Coach Jessica's new schedule is:

Monday 6am: MMA Basics
Wednesday 6am: Kickboxing
Friday 6am: Kickboxing
Saturday and Sunday 11am: Kickboxing

Our very own Kash went to the AGF US Open in Tulsa Oklahoma and walked away winning ALL FOUR of his divisions! Talk about a clean sweep 🧹🧹🎉🎉
