And, our dedicated coaches work with each individual to learn proper form and continually improve technique to help them achieve their fitness goals. Beyond fitness, you’ll form friendships for life. Our members and coaches are an amazing group of people that will make Primal Fitness the best part of your day. Classes:
Monday-Friday: 5am, Noon, 4:30pm and 5:30pm
Monday-Friday: Open gym from 6:30-7:30pm
Saturdays: Open gym from 10am-Noon

This morning we completed the Hero WOD Murph in memory and in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005 and for all of those that have given the ultimate sacrifice.

This morning this amazing group of people completed the Hero WOD Nasiriyah in honor of the Marines who died on March 23, 2003 during the Battle of Nasiriyah.
59 stands for the Wounded In Action
3 stands for March
12 stands for 1/2 (1st Bn 2nd Marines)
18 stands for the Killed in Action
23 stands for the day in March
The final 1 heavy clean represents picking up a wounded Marine, and the fireman carry is to represent carrying him to safety.
The workout was created by Marine and CrossFit coach Jake Worthington who fought in the battle. His story is a true inspiration.
