Apex Personal Trainers Apex Personal Training is a private organization well–established in the Wichita community. We are conveniently located near Central and Woodlawn in Wichita.

We have been in business for over 25 years with many satisfied customers. If you are looking for a personal trainer who caters to your special needs and goals, look no further. We can designate a custom program just for you. We allocate the personal trainer (male or female) best able to help you achieve your goal. To help you achieve those personal goals, we first look at your current fitness leve

l and determine where you would like to be. Then together we will design a safe and executable plan that we are confident will give you the results you want. Book your personal training session at a time that suites you. We book sessions in blocks of 10, scheduled around a time that works best for you. There is no joining or membership fee! We train clients of all ages and fitness levels, so whether your goal is to be strong and healthy through your retirement or to win State in the 100 meter sprint, we can customize a program that is RIGHT FOR YOU. Our mission is to provide our clients with the safest, most effective exercise program available.

We are honored to recognize Cary Cozby, PGA, for his nomination for the Deacon Palmer Award, which honors PGA Professionals who display outstanding strength of character in the face of significant personal adversity. After overcoming a major health challenge during his time at Wichita Country Club, Cary transformed his personal journey into a powerful mission of service, leading a decade-long charitable initiative that raised over $750,000 for cancer patients and their families. By maintaining his leadership within the Section and his club throughout his recovery, Cary has provided a profound example of resilience and selflessness. His commitment to using the game of golf to provide hope and essential resources to those in need perfectly embodies the spirit of this prestigious award.  

Cary will be recognized at the South Central PGA Awards Banquet on February 22nd.

If you have had any aches, pains, or mobility issues, we have a great opportunity for you!

On Saturday August 10th from 11:00am-1:00pm, Elite Physical Therapy will be performing free injury screens at Apex.

It’s pretty simple to sign up, but you do need to sign up. You can simply follow the link below or scan the QR code on the fliers in the gym.

These will be free 15-minute-long mini appointments where you can ask a performance physical therapist any questions you have.

We definitely recommend you check this out, because we want you to be able to continue pursuing your active hobbies pain free, and these screens are a great resource.
