No Intensity November Contest! 🏊🚴🏃

November is the month to take the pressure off and just keep moving. We’ve created a bingo card full of easy ways to stay active, from a 30-minute walk to yoga, a sauna session, or stretching and a massage. Some of the swim, bike, and strength sessions are in there too.

How to play:
✅ Complete the activities on your card throughout November
📸 Post your card on social media each time you cross off a box
🏷️ Use and to qualify for prizes

Prizes will be drawn at random, so everyone who posts has a shot!

No intensity required. Just show up, check off a square, and keep the momentum going.

Annual membership is $50 per individual and covers all of 2027.

Club vs. Coaching: What’s the difference?
Team Tri ICT is your community. It’s where you’ll find teammates, monthly group sessions, social events, and member perks.

Tri ICT Coaching is your plan. It’s our paid program with a structured training plan and in-person group coaching to help you reach your race goals.

Here’s our favorite part: You can do the Club or Coaching or BOTH. They work best together! Coaching gives you the structure to get stronger, and the club gives you the team to share the journey with. If you’re already coached by Tri ICT, join the club. If you like the idea of being a club member but want more, coaching is the next step.

Just wrapped up my USAT recertification! 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️ Continuing education is one of my favorite parts of coaching — every cycle I walk away with new perspective and fresh ideas to bring back to my athletes. Excited to put some of this into practice with this season!

Triple digits. Again. 🔥
Between the heat that won’t quit and another local race getting cancelled, this racing season has had some real gaps in it. It’s a good reminder that consistency in training matters more than any one race on the calendar — the fitness you build now is what shows up when the next start line finally comes.
