First year on the cross country team, first race, and already bringing home 1ST PLACE!! 🥇🔥

Extremely proud of our team! 🥊🔥

We sent the team out to KC and they went out there and got the job done! Damian, Noe and Fabian all came away with the win! 💪🏽

Big thank you to Coach Mike and Coach Saul for stepping up and leading the boys in competitions. They did a great job in the corner and represented Gonzalez Boxing Academy the right way.

👊🏽

Proud of these boys and the work they continue to put in. This is what it’s all about — showing up, putting in the work, and getting better every time we step in that ring.

🥊 GREAT WEEKEND OF BOXING FOR GONZALEZ BOXING ACADEMY! 🥊

Three stepped up to the plate, and all three showed us what they’re made of! 💪🔥

We went 2-1. We saw plenty of heart, determination, courage, and skill on display. Skills to pay the bills! 🥊💯

Now it’s back to school! 📚 We’ll be going over the film, working on the areas that need improvement, and sharpening our tools before the next showcase.

Proud of you Baby J, Rocky, and Emilio! You represented Gonzalez Boxing Academy with heart and class. Keep working, keep learning, and keep pushing forward!

Damian & Fabian. 🥊

Two young warriors stepped through those ropes and handled business.

They didn’t just fight—they conquered their emotions, trusted the work, and executed the game plan when it mattered most.

That’s what champions are built on. Not hype. Not excuses. Discipline under pressure.

Proud of these young men. The journey continues.

Only 12 years old. No easy path. No shortcuts.

Emilio “Superman” Gonzalez representing Gonzalez Boxing Academy & Fitness and the state of Kansas on Finals Day at the Rival Boxing Championships.

Stepping into the ring against older, battle-tested national competition and proving he belongs. This is where champions are forged—not by avoiding the hard fights, but by embracing them.

Finals. Let’s go to work. 🥊🔥

DAY 2 | RIVAL BOXING CHAMPIONSHIPS | OKLAHOMA CITY

No easy roads. No easy fights.

Emilio “Superman” Gonzalez stepped back into the ring against another tough warrior from Texas. Every second of every round had to be earned. No shortcuts. No breaks. Just grit, heart, and championship composure.

We’re headed to the FINALS. 🥊🔥

While we were battling in Oklahoma City, Fabian “Chucky” Hernandez was handling business all the way in Kansas City.

That’s right…

Two cities. One mission. One academy.

Fabian put on a great performance and brought another W home to Gonzalez Boxing Academy. Huge respect to his dad for stepping into the corner and coaching him to victory. That’s what family, trust, and preparation look like.

This team wasn’t built on talent alone. It was built on sacrifice, discipline, and refusing to back down when the fight gets hard.

The mission isn’t over.

One more fight. One more opportunity.
