Hello Ladies! This is Kathy Camden. I'm looking to carpool to the women's tournament tomorrow in KC. Anybody have room? Or we can take my car!

Due to medical reasons I can't travel by myself. Unfortunately, the time of the tournament was moved up a couple days ago so the venue can have a football watch party. However, my ride doesn't get off til 9am so with the new start time I won't be able to make it up there in time for the tournament.

Please message me if I can join you!! I really don't want to miss it.

Tomorrow's the big day! 16 ladies will be competing in the 2023 IFPA Kansas Women's State Tournament. Unfortunately, someone wanted it moved back to KC so it won't be here at the Arcade as originally scheduled but you can get tournament updates online.

Good luck to all our ladies representing Wichita & the Belles! Safe travels & happy flippin!

Tomorrow's Second Sunday Tourney is actually showing on the IFPA calendar for Tuesday 😳

Technically, we can still hold it on the 10th but that doesn't allow for much time for people to arrange their schedules. So in order to make it as fair as possible, I've decided to cancel it.

And the results from league & the last tournament are still waiting for approval. Thanks for your patience!

This month we're highlighting Spooky Pinball's Total Nuclear Annihilation for our Second Sundays Ladies Tourney at Kirby's Flipside!

TNA is a custom creation of artist & designer Scott Danesi. The colors & sounds of this beautiful pin draws you to it. It's simple, yet hard hitting play keeps you at it. It doesn't have ramps or toys, but it has it's own soundtrack. And yeah, Scott created all the music for it too.

The game takes place in 1988. In order to save the world, you must travel into the future to nuke them before they nuke us.

The goal was to create an early 80’s Bally influenced custom machine that would have upgraded electronics, displays, lights, & software with an 80’s retro-futuristic feel.

Danesi started on the build in November of 2015. Spooky Pinball picked up his design the following year & production started in 2017. A relaunch with a limited amount of Collector Editions took place in 2022.

In addition to TNA, Scott also worked on or completely created the following popular & unique pins: Rick & Morty, Weird Al's Museum of Natural History, Alice Cooper's Nightmare Castle, Final Resistance, Silver Falls & ROCS.

League Standings: 🏆

Here are the current league standings as of week 5. It only includes your best 4 scores as your lowest 2 weeks out of 6, including zeroes for no-shows, will not be counted towards tournament placement.

In order to play in the league tournament next week, you need to have played in at least 3 weeks. The first 7 have already secured their place. Eighth place needs to play tonight to qualify for the final. Remember, your lowest 2 weeks out of 6, including zeroes for no-shows, will not be counted.
