A GIANT thank you to each of our sponsors for supporting our second annual Splash & Dash event! And to our volunteers, WFD, WPD, and SWAT teams for showing up big time for the day! Congrats to all our competitors…. Registration is open for next years event! With less than a month before the event, are you ready? Here are some training tips from our in-house fitness guru, Emily McVay:

🏊‍♂️ Swimming:
Start slow!
Get in the pool, pace yourself, gradually add distance.
🏃‍♂️ Running:
Start slow with a walk/jog.🚶🏽‍♂️🔜🏃🏽‍♂️
Go in the early morning or evening when it’s cooler. 😓
Hydrate💧💧💧!!!
Stretch!!!🙆🙆🙆
