You're aware you should eat better.
You're aware you should exercise.

So, what are you waiting on?
Why haven't you made the changes?

There is no such thing as a "right" time to make changes.

Life will never stop for you to "get it together."

You are in charge of making changes.

So I'm asking you again.

PREPARE YOUR BODY TO DIET

Would you jump into an Iron Man Triathalon without preparing?

Would you attempt a 300 # deadlift without training?

Then, why would you jump into a strict diet without preparation?

Much like an intense workout, dieting is a stressor on the body.
Both mentally and physically.
Jumping into a strict diet plan without preparing will leave you with poor results, frustrated and exhausted.

You need to "train" your mind and body to prepare for a diet.

Your training may include:
- Increasing the number of whole foods you eat
- Keeping a food journal to become aware of your eating habits.
- Maintainng a consistent sleep schedule
-Recognizing "triggers" for eating habit

Have you “trained“ for your fat loss?

"Paleo is the healthiest way to eat"
"You can lose 30 pounds in 30 days"
and the list goes on......

The TRUTH.
Losing weight takes TIME.
No supplement will solve our health problems.
We have to work on our nutrition on a daily basis.
