Footflix LLC | A Message from Jeffrey Palomarez
Over the years I have experienced just about everything this business and this game can throw at me. Some of it has been inspiring. Some of it has been ugly. But all of it has shaped the brand, the mission, and the person I am today.
I have had parents harass me online. I have had coaches, even ones connected to schools I once represented as a player, disrespect me and my work publicly. I have had teammates I used to call friends tear me down, questioning my ability, even calling me names, while I was out here giving back to the very communities we came from. I have had parents call me drunk, cuss me out, and disrespect me while I stood there simply trying to coach their kids. I have had young players I mentored turn around and send me disrespectful messages after I poured time, energy, and hard earned knowledge into their development.
I have seen people steal my drills, my methods, my warmups, and even my business network, trying to replicate what I built without having lived a fraction of the journey it took to create it. I have been harassed for recording sessions to grow my business, while others do it freely without question. I have been stalked, discredited, and pushed aside by people I once thought had my back. And I have been questioned by parents who knew very well the level of experience I bring. A Division 1 athlete out of Flower Mound. A product of the number one NCAA institution in the country. A professional who went on to get drafted to Dallas. A man who played under elite coaches and sacrificed health, time, and money to learn this game inside and out.
Through it all I still chose to show up. I still chose to provide. I offered free camps in Wichita Falls for years while I was training for the highest level. I created opportunities for kids whose families could not afford elite coaching because I knew what that meant. I stayed consistent in giving back even when I was met with disrespect, negativity, and dishonor.
And yet I also know what it feels like to be appreciated. I have had incredible families who supported me, respected me, and valued what I gave them. I have had players who worked hard, trained with focus, and proved that if you train smart, train well, and stay consistent, you will be ready when your chance comes. Those are the moments that remind me why I love this game, why I love coaching, and why Footflix LLC exists.
The truth is that these experiences were not what I expected when I started. That is why I am private today. That is why I value my time, my privacy, and the time of the people who genuinely show up. I have learned that not everyone will respect you, not everyone will understand you, and not everyone is meant to be in your circle. And that is okay.
What matters is that every family, every player, and every person who chooses to work with me or any coach under Footflix LLC receives the highest priority and quality we can give. From the first message you send to the minutes we spend on the field, what you get is something crafted, catered, and molded with care. It was not always perfect. It was not always smooth. But it was always real.
The good, the bad, and everything in between made Footflix LLC the brand we are today. For that, I am proud. Whether you like it or not, I would not change a thing.
To everyone who has been part of this journey, thank you. Thank you for teaching me about life, business, and people. Thank you for reminding me why I started. And thank you for proving that whether you are from the street, from the field, or anywhere in between, if you put in the work, you will be ready when your moment comes.
