💥Complete and InBody Scan with your trainer OR at a store that has one! This needs to be done by April 15th and again by May 26th!
💥Complete a Benchmark (ON YOUR OWN , NOT AT CAMP) that we will provide, the first week of the challenge and the last week!
💥Hit your protein goal (we can help if you’re not sure how much that should be) at least twice a week and screenshot your trainer those days!
