Today marked the end of Session 1, and these athletes put in the work! Over the past four weeks, they improved their agility, explosiveness, catching ability, football fundamentals, and learned how to compete with confidence.

Now it’s your athlete’s turn!

Session 2 begins July 14 and will be even more football-focused, competitive, and designed to get players ready for the upcoming season.
