My story started January 1, 2016 I was tired over weight depressed and moody I knew there needed to be some type of change so I started my journey in the course of the year I lost 100 pounds I went from 316 to 215lbs in the course of 365 days I worked hard changed my eating habits and throughout the whole motivation process people kept telling me I should be an instructor because they loved the way I moved so last year 2019 I got my certification to help others meet there goals it’s hard work but it can be done never give up 💃🏽🥳
