The problem with the dark times is they try to make you forget there ever were any good times. So when you are feeling on top of the world, write it somewhere special. When you receive those heartfelt compliments, write them somewhere special, so that when you're in the dumps, you can reread them and remember you had great times. Remember, at least someone genuinely sees and loves you. Someone knows your potential. So when you're down and can't remember, you'll have a place to look to remind you.
