Dynamic Training and Fitness a private fitness studio offering semi private classes. Costs are $25.00 for 5 classes to be used within 14 days of purchase. $9.00 for an individual class. Costs vary depending on amount of sessions purchased. If there is only 1 person who shows up for a scheduled class you have the option of a semi-private training session for a cost of $15.00, or class will be canceled.
