Yesterday (3/14/26) we raced in the slushslinger it was a push until the last minute to finish the car and getting our butts up there in time! We made it though...even though we got up there and figured out we might be a little unprepared 🤣 We went out there not knowing what to expect as it was Josh Cranes first time racing a slushslinger and Tabby Hill first time riding in a race car!!! Warm up laps were good they dropped the green flag and we got into some slush and hit the wall...we was able to complete a few laps before we got the black flag. We drove off the track hoping to fix the issue and get back out there...our pit crew was ready to fix it when they noticed we had no rear tire on the car at all😱 The rear tire flew off during the race with the hub still attached to the tire!! Unfortunately putting another tire on wasn't an option so our race was over. Even though it didn't last long we had a blast and that's what it's all about!!! We luckily don't have a lot to fix on the car and she will be ready for the next Enduro!! We couldn't have been out there without Ethan Robarts and Fugowie Auto...he did all the welding off the cage, putting the seats in, racing belts, window nets, and putting a new hub bearing all in a day and a half!! Ron Crawford for helping get tab out there by loaning us all his safety equipment...suit, helmet, and neck roll! Shawn Crane for help getting the car. Skylar, Hunter, Carter, and Kelsei for help stripping the car, getting her ready and up to the track, and all their help in the pits!! Even though they are only kids they are a big help for our team! Nichole Mary for coming out to support us and going to get gas even though we didn't end up needing it 🤣 Its truly all the small things that matter in this sport 🏁♥️
