Monster Game is in the books.

The Duckies took the field for Team Dracula, fought hard all weekend, and came away with the win. More importantly, we added another chapter to the history this team has built through years of battles, friendships, setbacks, rebuilds, and unforgettable weekends on the field.

This events Most Valuable Ducky went to Zeke. After the event, the Duckies who played this weekend voted on who deserved to take the duck home, and Zeke was their choice. He may lead another team and served as the event XO, but anyone who has shared the field with him knows he is an honorary Ducky through and through. His leadership, effort, loyalty, and love for the game stood out to everyone around him. Zachariah Jones

A huge thank-you also goes to everyone at hells survivors . Events like Monster Game do not happen by accident. The amount of planning, labor, coordination, and pride the field puts into creating these experiences is easy to overlook when we are out there playing, but it is deeply appreciated. Hell Survivors continues to be one of the places where paintball history is made.

The Duckies have been through a lot, but we are still here, still growing, and still earning our place in this community.

Another battle fought. Another victory earned. Another story added to the Ducky legacy.

This weekend at Invasion of Normandy at White River Paintball was one I’ll remember for a long time.

Eleven Duckies answered the call, and many of them were not only first-time Duckies, but first-time scenario paintball players. That’s something I’m incredibly proud of.

As XO, there are a lot of things you hope to see over a weekend. Teamwork. Communication. Sportsmanship. Veterans taking new players under their wing. Confidence replacing uncertainty as the game goes on.

This team delivered on every one of those.

By the end of the weekend, those new faces weren’t just following the fight—they were becoming part of it. Watching players who started the weekend nervous finish it charging objectives, communicating on the radio, and smiling after every battle is exactly why we do this.

A special thank you to Commander Dr. Phil. Years ago we started the Duckies together. Life took us down different roads, and we had a falling out. each of us built our own teams since then, but this weekend marked something special—a reunion that ended in victory. It was an honor sharing command with you again.

The conditions didn’t make anything easy. Heat, humidity, mud, and long battles tested everyone. Yet every Duckie kept showing up with a positive attitude and a willingness to fight for the player beside them.

In the end, we rewrote history. Normandy belonged to us.

But more importantly, we grew. Victories fade. The players you mentor, the friendships you build, and the memories you create are what keep this hobby alive.

To every veteran who helped a new player… thank you.

To every first-time player… welcome to the family. You earned your place this weekend.

Now we set our sights on Monster Game.

The Duckies are growing, and we’re just getting started.

Stay dangerous. Stay humble. And above all, take care of the player beside you. 🦆
