Huge shoutout to Luke Wymer on his awesome performance this weekend at the Powerlifting American Nationals in Texas!! Luke squatted 672, bench pressed 413 and hit a 750 deadlift to secure third place with a total of 1835!! Your 606 Iron family is proud of you!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms at 606 Iron 💪

Moms are basically the original strongman athletes.

Carrying kids? Farmer’s carries.
Picking toys up off the floor 900 times a day? Deadlift volume.
Yelling across the house without moving? Elite lung capacity.

And somehow they still make it to the gym looking more put together than the guys who only had to wake up and drink pre-workout. 😂

Respect to the women who handle work, kids, stress, chaos, and STILL keep showing up.

Strong doesn’t even begin to cover it.
