Heading into our first Homecoming Weekend on our beautiful new field! Look for flyers for our ongoing Buy a Brick program- be a lasting part of Northbridge history! Bricks will be featured around the flagpole and proceeds will be used to fund a new memorial for the fields namesake, John Whitin Lasell.

We love our new complex and we absolutely love having it available for our community to use.

Please follow the rules!

We have already become aware of organized programs using the field without a permit, bikes, scooters and baby strollers on the new track surface and there are reports of dogs being allowed to run free and "taking care of business" on the turf.

Let's all respect this wonderful resource for our town.

Just in time for the holidays!

FOL is offering the opportunity for Northbridge Alumni, Athletes, Family and Community Members to permanently be a part of the Lasell Field complex. Our plan is to build a memorial to the fields namesake, John Whitin Lasell at the new flag pole. We will incorporate the bricks into the memorial.

Flag football championships on the turf this morning! To say the kids playing are excited about it is an understatement. A lot of people worked hard and the town supported the project in a big way to get this in place. There has been HS soccer and field hockey games played this fall and all of the Seniors got their Senior night under the lights at Lasell, a memory they deserve. There was also was a Senior vs Junior "powder puff" game last night with the Senior girls getting the win.

Be proud Northbridge.

Finally! The press box goes up. There was a delay in delivery of the press box and that delay held up other things that needed to be done to get it ready for use. The end is near and the result will be a new facility that everyone can be proud of. Go RAMS!

Quick update, it's been a while. Bleachers and press box being constructed. The "D's" are being surfaced and track is next. Also, some much needed storage has been installed at the far end of the field. Pretty much the 4th quarter in terms of finishing the project. Let's hope we can get use of it soon!

Full length drone pic. Numbers, hash marks and soccer lines have been sewn in. Bleachers, press box and track surface will be next big milestones. In track terminology I would say we can see the finish line with a nice tailwind moving the project along!
