🦌 🏔️ Meet the Founders of Dominguez Outfitters 🏔️ 🦌

Since many of you talk with us on the phone, email, or see us in camp, but may not know who you’re actually dealing with, we figured it was time for proper introductions.

Dominguez Outfitters was built on long days, hard work, and a shared love for the mountains.

Austin Massey is the guy who “does it all” (and will be the first to sarcastically tell you it’s “no big deal”).

If it involves:
• Finding new hunting ground
• Drop camps
• Hiring and managing guides
• Answering phone calls
• Logistics
• Animal pack outs
• And generally making sure your hunt actually happens

That’s Austin. If you’ve hunted with us, you’ve seen him moving a mile a minute making sure everything runs smoothly, usually while downplaying how much work it actually is.

Then there’s Denise Massey, co-founder, the heart of camp, and the glue that holds it all together. ❤️

Denise is the sole camp cook, preparing 3–4 from-scratch meals a day for full guided hunts. No shortcuts. No boxed food. Just real, hearty meals that keep hunters fueled and happy.

Beyond camp, Denise also:
• Takes phone calls
• Cleans all lodging
• Handles booking contracts
• Keeps the business organized
• Manages all the details most people never see

Together, Austin and Denise built Dominguez Outfitters from the ground up. They balance marriage, business, and mountain life, and they continue to run it side by side every day.

When you hunt with Dominguez Outfitters, you’re not booking with a corporation, you’re hunting with a family-run operation founded by a husband and wife who care deeply about every hunt.

Aside of guiding we are full time ranchers and have some beef for sale.
We have both a whole and a half of beef packaged (steaks, roasts and burger), ready to go along with a bunch of ground beef!
Beef is grass fed and grain finished.

🍔 is roughly 90/10!
