Traders Point Fitness Welcome to TPCC Fitness page that is based upon faith, fun, and fitness. This ministry is designed to share the news of Jesus and fellowship via fitness.

Being spiritually and physically fit is the goal through our TPCC Fitness Ministry. We offer a variety of classes to meet everyone’s physical fitness needs. Come to class for the workout but leave with a peace over you through prayer, encouragement and fellowship. All morning classes provide childcare at a minimal price for children 6 months through preschool. See our website for more details at tpcc.org/fitness.

Thank you for extending us patience and understanding as we worked over the summer to develop a plan for the fitness classes. This ministry has seen many seasons, and we wanted to let you know of some changes taking place.

Several instructors will not be continuing to teach, starting September 1. We are so very thankful for their leadership and dedication to this fitness community. We wish them the best with their future endeavors.

The following classes will continue at TPCC (please note updated schedule starting after Labor Day):

Monday: 10:20 am REFIT®, Gym
Tuesday: 5:30 am Bootcamp, Gym
Thursday: 6:45 pm REFIT®, The Block
Friday: 5:30 am Bootcamp, Gym
Friday: 9:15 am REFIT®, Gym
Saturday: 8:30 am REFIT®, The Block

There will be no classes on Monday (9/3) for the observance of Labor Day.

Going forward, please check REFIT Indy and 5:30am FitClub for schedule updates.

We look forward to what is to come for this fitness community and thank you for being a part of it!

Ladies, if you are missing boot camp, please consider stretching yourself (no pun intended), and try to attend the 5:30am class! There are people at a variety of fitness abilities, and it’s awesome to have your workout done before some people are out of bed! Is it easy to get up? No. Is it worth it? Yes! And I think several people could attest to it... Amy Troyer, Heather Grimes McCann, Lindsey Matt-Christine Gall, Lindsay Christian, Deidra Smith, Amanda Legler. Set your alarms and try it tomorrow morning!!

As many know childcare is no longer offered for fitness classes effective 8/1. We are SO, SO thankful to everyone who has had a hand in planning, overseeing, and providing childcare through the years for fitness. These women have provided such love and compassion to many, and we are so very grateful. THANK YOU!!
