3D Martial Arts & Tactical Defense We are a full-spectrum 3D defense training school. We offer tactical handgun, rifle, & hand-to-hand combat training.

We teach the "Ultimate" Martial Arts Self Defense Systems, our base is Jeet Kune Do & Jiu-Jitsu-Combatives.

Yes it’s pouring rain and yes we are still training. Mighty and I training flash flood survival skills for kids. The simplicity, yet the increased survivability of having arm floaties with you in a bag, backpack get home bag, go bag, trunk, under a car seat, camp grandma’s house or in the pocket does not matter this simple tool can help both adults and kids survive a flash flood. Mighty exited the vehicle, climbed on the vehicle, climbed up a tree and blew his arm floaty up in less than a minute on each exercise 🙏🏾🔥🤙🏾 all 3-D kids will go through this training this week

*Note to ALL the dads out there…You won’t get this kind of excitement, joy, encouraging and motivation from your son sitting on the freaking couch rotting away. Look at how excited, happy, exuberant, in awe this kid is of his dad maxing out on his pull-ups! What you see here is a dad showing his son how to be a physically and mentally strong man and a son showing his dad how to be a kid again and they both (we all ) needed the lesson!!! I’m so humbled to be their coach🤙🏾❤️🙏🏾🔥💪🏾
