If you want to feel better it starts with one small step. Everyone tries to change everything, just take one small step commit to taking a walk, or going to the gym just 2 times a week for a month. Recognize how you feel after, and the day after. You will feel better! Build the habit then grow the routine, more days a week, different workout. The endorphins released will make you feel better, more energetic, more positive. Everyday you will feel a sense of accomplishment. Take your first step towards feeling better. The body feels better, the mind feels better, as the mind feels better the motivated you will be to KEEP MOVING FORWARD!!!!

So many people when focusing on happiness focus on the outside influences: money, relationship, job, etc. Where you really need to look is inward. If you want to improve your mental outlook you need to start with physical activity which will release endorphins, improving your mood which intern improves your out look on life. In the upcoming days I will be posting on how you can improve your life one small step at a time.
