CNY Hockey Factory is designed to help players improve their individual skills in an on ice environment that utilizes small groups to maximize time on task and minimize standing around. This is done in a safe and fun environment where players want to come back session after session, year after year. CNY Hockey Factory was founded in 2014 by Sheridan Mish who is the owner and head instructor. Coach

Mish is a certified level 5 coach through USA Hockey. Sheridan Mish has been coaching boys and girls in an assistant or head coaching role over the past 20 years at the learn to skate/initiation program, mite, squirt, pee wee, bantam, midget, high school varsity, Jr B, and Jr A levels. Sheridan has spent 10 years working with the NYSAHA Player Development/Festival Teams Program and has represented team New York as an assistant coach at the USA Hockey Select 15 National Festival. In addition to coaching, Sheridan is the NYS Amateur Hockey Association Central Section ACE Director. Sheridan is also an instructor for the USA Hockey Coaching Education Program teaching at Levels 1, 2, and 3 clinics.
