Tonight, some of the best young players from Whitesboro Youth Baseball will represent our community as they take on New Hartford in Game 1 of the Red, White & Blue Minor Baseball Series!**

🏆⚾ 2026 MINOR A CHAMPIONS – ROOSTER’S SMASH BURGERS! ⚾🏆

Perfect season. Championship finish.

Congratulations to Rooster's on capturing the 2026 Whitesboro Youth Baseball Minor A Championship with a hard-fought 3-1 victory over an outstanding Mohawk Valley Wellness team tonight at Link Park!

With tonight’s win, Rooster’s completed an incredible undefeated 12-0 season, a testament to the dedication, teamwork, sportsmanship, and effort shown by these players and coaches from Opening Day through the championship game.

We also want to recognize Mohawk Valley Wellness for a tremendous season and championship appearance. They battled until the final out and represented everything that makes youth baseball great.

A special thank you to all of our players, coaches, parents, sponsors, volunteers, and families who made this season such a success. Seeing these young athletes develop their skills, build friendships, and create lifelong memories is what Whitesboro Youth Baseball is all about.

Congratulations to Legion, your 2026 Whitesboro Little League Champions! 🏆🔴

In an exciting championship game Friday night, Legion defeated Chapman by a final score of 13-7 to capture this year's Little League title.

Huge congratulations to both teams on an outstanding season and a hard-fought championship game. Chapman battled until the final out and represented their team, families, and sponsors with pride throughout the season.

One of the most memorable moments of the evening came as we honored our 12-year-old Little Leaguers. Thank you for the years of dedication, sportsmanship, friendships, and memories you've brought to Whitesboro Little League. We wish you nothing but success as you continue your baseball journeys.

We will recognize and honor all of our 12-year-old Little Leaguers. These players have spent years creating memories on these fields, building friendships, and representing Whitesboro Baseball. Join us as we celebrate their final season of Little League baseball and thank them for everything they've contributed to our program.

⚾❤️ “How can you not be romantic about baseball?” - MONEYBALL ❤️⚾

Today gave us a reminder of exactly what Little League baseball is all about.

In the first playoff game of the day, 12-year-old Jacob Snyder hit a home run off 10-year-old Mikey Knapp. A big moment for one player and a tough one for the other.

But what happened after the game is what makes this story special.

After the final out, Mikey went out and found the home run ball… and gave it to Jacob.

No one asked him to do it. No one told him he had to. He simply recognized what that moment meant to another player and made sure Jacob would have that memory forever.

In a world where scoreboards often get all the attention, this is the stuff that really matters.

Sportsmanship.
Respect.
Character.
Community.

Two young ballplayers creating a memory neither of them will forget.

That’s what Little League is all about.

💙⚾ Well done, Jacob.
💙⚾ Well done, Mikey.

And thank you both for reminding us why we love this game.
