It’s been awhile since we’ve been back in the pool! So proud of all our athletes staying committed and motivated to working on their skills! With such a big break it’s always important to get back to fundamentals! With that being said check out our high school diver Adeline Hamm and our long time star Haleigh! Even with a big break they remain consistent!

Why should you use progression series in practice? Let Haleigh show you why! She went from being not that comfortable to going in on her head to ripping entries off the side! If you don’t use progression, you should start! You can’t get a good end result if all the steps in between need work too!

So proud of how far she’s come in such a short time! Can’t wait to have everyone back September 4th!

It’s always a good day when one of your graduated divers come back to show the youngins the ropes! Thank you Olivia for coming to practice tonight!

Also there’s a new face over here at WRDC! Adeline was an 8th grader last year for the middle school team. It’s nice to have her back on the boards so she can prep for high school! Can’t wait to see how these two grow!

Haleigh got her first front dive in tonight! We’ve got a lot of kinks to workout but she comes to practice with a smile and pours her heart out!

Sam is working on getting comfortable with the water and we imagine he’s probably not too far behind!

The thing that sets these two apart is consistency and effort. They show up give it their all, and they get results!

Can’t wait to see what these two continue to bring to the table!

Haleigh is one of the hardest workers I know! We struggled to get entries consistently, but with a target to aim for, lots of reps, and dedication, Haleigh has them mastered now! That’s why we scream progression over here! Congratulations Haleigh.
